You can permanently delete your ExaStash account and personal data at any time. Deletion always requires signing in — only you can delete your own account.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to your ExaStash account.
- Go to your Dashboard and open the account menu (click your avatar in the sidebar).
- Choose Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm. The deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
What gets deleted
- Your profile and personal information (name, email, handle, bio, avatar).
- Your uploaded files — permanently removed within 30 days.
- Your active sessions — you are signed out of all devices.
What we retain
After deletion we may retain a limited set of records in anonymized form (with your personal information removed) where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention obligations — for example transaction and payout records. These records are no longer linked to your identity.
